At Sunday Scrubs, we design every piece with care and intention. We truly hope you love your Sunday Scrubs but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- Free from damage or alteration
As our garments are designed for professional wear, we are unable to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions.
To begin your return or exchange, please email sales@sundayscrubs.info with your order number, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Sunday Scrubs cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at sales@sundayscrubs.info with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This policy operates in addition to and does not limit your rights under Australian law.
