We make every effort to display product colours, sizing and descriptions accurately. However:

  • Colours may vary depending on your screen settings.
  • Sizing may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
  • All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Prices include GST (where applicable).
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

An order is not accepted until we send a confirmation email confirming dispatch of your items.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Errors in product or pricing information

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be provided.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship only within Australia.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only, estimated shipping is 2-6 business days.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

You are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

8. Returns & Refunds
Your rights are protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

8.1 Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure; and
  • Repair or replacement for a minor failure.

A major failure includes where a product:

  • Is significantly different from the description.
  • Is substantially unfit for its normal purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL.

8.2 Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, we offer returns subject to the following conditions:

  • Return requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, unused.
  • Original tags are attached.
  • Item is in original condition.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

8.3 Exchanges
If you require a different size, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability and the return conditions above.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

9. Promotional Codes
Promotional codes:

  • Must be used within the specified validity period.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Are not transferable.
  • May not be combined unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time
